1. Return Eligibility
1.1. At Pongolux, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, please read the following conditions carefully:
1.2. You must request a return online through your Pongolux.com account within 7 days of an online order (as evidenced by the tracking number).
1.3. Items must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, with the original Pongolux tags attached.
1.4. The return must be shipped from a US address.
1.5. If item is sold oversea we do not accept any return.
2. Return Process
2.1. Please email support@pongolux.com to return any items, include the Order number.
2.2. Confirm the return method and return address, and accept our return policy.
2.3. PongoLux will send you shipping label with the required standards, please note that shipping cost will be paid from the buyer.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
4. Shipping and Handling
4.1. Pongolux is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your returns while they are in transit until the moment they are received and inspected by Pongolux. We will confirm that the item(s) are accounted for and in their original condition.
5. International Returns
5.1. Pongolux cannot accept international returns. If an international package is returned to Pongolux, please note that you will be responsible for all associated fees.
